EQUIPPING BELIEVERS TO DECLARE JESUS EVERYWHERE AND LEAD LIVES OF RESILIENT FAITH

Phil serves as the Lead Pastor of Cornerstone Church alongside his wife, Meredith.​ With a wide range of interests and experiences, Phil's central focus is embodying the compassion of Jesus. His mission is to address practical needs, empowering people to embrace the transformative message of Jesus in every facet of their lives.

Phil's ministry is diverse, spanning health, family dynamics, social justice, entrepreneurship, digital engagement, and the nuances of ministry life. In every sphere, Phil is dedicated to inspiring individuals and organizations to pursue their highest potential, rooted in their God-given purpose.

Whilst studying a Bachelor of Science in New Zealand, Phil also volunteered at an orphanage in Peru, which ignited a fire in him for humanitarian service and justice. From here he spent a year with refugees and asylum seekers off the coast of Australia.  

This growing passion led to relief trips across the USA and travels to countries like India, Mexico, South African and Kenya. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Theology and is certified in Non-Profit Management.

As a communicator, Phil has the ability to connect with people through humor and candor that have given him an international reach. However, he is most comfortable on disaster relief fields, serving the underserved, and helping the silenced reclaim their voice.

Phil is a pastor, leader, coach and mentor and uses all this to provide wisdom and guidance to those who want to break the status quo and reach their God-given potential.

Together, Phil and Meredith raise their three boys, Theodore, Lincoln and Winston in Toledo, Ohio.
